Please read these Terms carefully before using Bookjor. By creating an account, inviting teammates, or using Bookjor to manage bookings, records, or payments, you agree to the Terms below.
Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between you and Prismix Labs Limited, the operator of the Bookjor platform. They govern your access to and use of Bookjor, including our booking management tools, customer records, staff scheduling, reporting features, and related websites or services we make available.
By creating an account, accessing the platform, or allowing your team to use Bookjor, you agree to these Terms for yourself and, if applicable, on behalf of the business or organization you represent.
Accounts, Eligibility, and Workspace Ownership
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use Bookjor. If you create a workspace for a company, team, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, for maintaining accurate registration information, and for all activity that occurs under your workspace, including activity by staff members, contractors, and other users you invite.
- Each workspace must be registered by an authorized representative of the business.
- You are responsible for assigning roles and permissions to staff members you invite.
- You must promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Subscriptions, Billing, and Payment Processing
Bookjor may offer free plans, trials, promotional offers, and paid subscriptions. If you choose a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees, taxes, and other charges disclosed at checkout or in your account. Unless we expressly state otherwise, subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis and automatically renew until canceled.
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time, but unless we expressly say otherwise, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing period and already-paid fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing or plan features for future billing periods by giving reasonable advance notice in the product, by email, or both.
If and when Bookjor enables third-party payment processing, payments may be handled by a provider such as Stripe. Your use of that payment functionality may also be subject to the payment processor terms, privacy policy, and other requirements. Bookjor does not promise that any specific payment processor will be continuously available.
If your payment fails, is reversed, or becomes overdue, we may retry the charge, suspend access to paid features, downgrade your plan, or terminate your subscription after notice where reasonably practicable.
Using Bookjor for Booking Operations
Bookjor is designed for businesses that manage classes, appointments, sessions, packages, orders, and customer relationships. You may use the service only in compliance with applicable laws and only for legitimate business purposes.
- Do not use the platform to transmit unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading content.
- Do not interfere with service performance, attempt unauthorized access, or reverse engineer non-public parts of the platform.
- Do not upload data that you do not have the right to collect, store, or process.
Customer Data, Confidentiality, and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your business information, branding, and customer data stored in Bookjor. You grant Prismix Labs Limited the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that data in order to operate, secure, support, and improve the service for you.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and permissions associated with the data you upload or collect through the service, including obtaining any notices, consents, or permissions required for your customer data.
Bookjor and its underlying software, designs, trademarks, documentation, and other platform materials remain the property of Prismix Labs Limited or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you. Each party will protect the other party confidential non-public information using reasonable care.
Third-Party Services and Integrations
Some features may rely on third-party providers, such as payment gateways, email delivery services, analytics tools, or embedded widgets. Your use of those services may also be subject to the third party terms and privacy policies.
Bookjor is not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of third-party products that you choose to connect to your workspace.
Availability, Warranties, and Liability Limits
We work hard to keep Bookjor available, secure, and reliable, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis except to the extent we expressly agree otherwise in writing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prismix Labs Limited disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prismix Labs Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, or data arising from your use of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or related to Bookjor will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
Suspension, Termination, and Changes
You may stop using Bookjor at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create security risk, fail to pay amounts due, or use the service in a way that could harm Bookjor, our systems, or other users.
After termination, your right to access the service will end, but provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including payment obligations, confidentiality, intellectual property protections, liability limits, and dispute-related provisions. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period unless we are required to keep it by law or for legitimate business records.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will post the updated version, revise the effective date, and may provide notice by email or within the service. Continued use of Bookjor after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
